John Hudson - Rural & Residential Sales

John has had a diverse range of careers from a dairy farmer on King Island, an irrigation specialist, Collins Book store franchisee to a kids mentor & boarding house supervisor at Scots School Albury. John joins Wood Real Estate after gaining valuable industry knowledge from a central Albury company and a stock & station company.

John’s farming background will assist his clients with selling or buying lifestyle or rural property. This has expanded Wood Real Estates abilities to add additional services to our clients. John also has an interest in the ole red brick homes in and around central Albury. John is very approachable and is a great listener, so if you wish to let him know what you’re looking for, he will give it his best shot to find it for you.

John prides himself as a family man and loves getting involved in everything associated to his wife and their 6 kids. Music runs through their veins and John belongs to Albury’s City Band playing trombone. John also availed himself to support kid’s sports, having coached hockey & was very supportive with his kids in basketball & water polo. You may even recognise him clad in all things pushbikes, tread-ling all over town and beyond including the Table Top circuit to stay fit.

Jorden Geddes - Sales Co-ordinator

Jorden joins the Wood Real Estate team with valuable experience in sales administration and property management at a Melbourne Real Estate firm. With a strong drive and passion for sales she hopes to gain further knowledge and experience in the field and eventually move into a sales position full time. Kaly Eames - Property Manager

Kaly joined our team with a terrific working background to fill her job portfolio. Kaly is very versatile within our business, which will assist our clients throughout all transitions of moving.
Kaly has worked with a local law firm in conveyancing and then moving into a valuers office researching sales data. This experience gives our agency a professional edge when assessing the true price we can achieve for your property.
Having lived in Albury all her life, Kaly knows plenty of people, enjoys Alburys lifestyle and knows the district like the back of her hand.
Kaly was recently awarded Miss Albury Wodonga through her determination and contribution to Charity work in the community. Kaly has a very caring background and continues to volunteer to our community.

In less than 12 months with our company, Kaly has shown the drive and determination to success and become a valued team member. Kaly started in sales coordination, moving into property management as a property officer and has now been promoted into the top job of Property Manager.
